CoWA is local NGO founded in 1987 as a company limited by guarantee without share to answer to the needs of St. Kizito students to link them to the job market through internship and job placements. It was then, registered as an NGO in 2000, freely helping jobless people to enter into the labour market and or become entrepreneurs.
Over the years CoWA, has been focusing human development project with a particular emphasis on education to work. In any project attention is focused on the defense of the dignity of the person at work, who is the cornerstone of any meaningful development.

Our behaviour recognizes the value of the individual and our awareness of the great importance that work has for him or her. We believe that companies should have an educational role in People’s lives
CoWA believes in holistic education in preparation of the youths to meet the challenges of living as well as academics. This helps the young people to learn about what it means to be human.
